1.00 While the risk of accident is low, the administrative officers of the University are expected to make travel arrangements which limit the possible impact of an accident.
2.10 For the purposes of this policy the senior administrative officers of the University are the President, Vice-Presidents, Associate and Assistant Vice-Presidents, and Deans.
2.20 A vehicle is any automobile, van, bus, train, aircraft, ship, or other method of conveyance.
3.10 All University travel must be arranged to minimize the risk of travel, as far as possible.
3.20 All administrative units must consider the possible impact of an accident when arranging joint travel by members of the unit.
3.21 No more than two of the President, and/or Vice-Presidents may travel in the same vehicle. No more than one other senior administrative officer may travel in this vehicle.
3.22 No more than four senior administrative officers may travel in the same vehicle, subject to section 3.21.
