I graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with an MSc in Kinesiology and Physical Education in 2008, and my teaching labs at Laurier currently are Motor Learning and Control (KP161), Fundamentals of Biomechanics (KP251), Inferential Statistics (KP390), and Biomechanics of Human Movement (KP351).
My background and research interests lie in the area of applying principals of motor learning and control to elderly neurodegenerative populations in rehabilitation settings. Recently, I have been focusing my attention on the gait disorders which afflict individuals with Parkinson's disease, specifically Freezing of Gait (FOG).
