Life Safety Systems Repairs at Wilkes House - December 16 and 17, 2024

Please be advised that on Monday, December 16th and Tuesday, December 17, 2024, repair work will be conducted to the Life Safety system at Wilkes House between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. each day.

This work will require the installation and verification of devices (detectors, pull stations, etc.) in individual offices, classrooms, and any other location in which these may be installed. There is also required testing of annunciating devices (bells, horns, sirens), which will take place following the repair to the system.

Personnel from Richardson Fire Systems will be performing all verification activities with support from Laurier's Facilities and Asset Management department. No action is required unless otherwise indicated by on-site staff.
