Chiller Replacement Project at Fred Nichols Campus Centre (FNCC) – January 2 to June 20, 2025

Please be advised that the Chiller Replacement Project at the Fred Nichols Campus Centre (FNCC) will commence on January 2, 2025, and is expected to be completed by June 30, 2025.

The work will primarily occur in the basement mechanical room area and the loading dock. Access to the FNCC loading dock and the adjacent doors will be maintained at all times. Traffic control measures will be in place in the loading dock area during equipment and material movement, and while minor delays may occur, every effort will be made to minimize disruptions and ensure timely accommodations for WLU deliveries.

During this period, intermittent noise and welding odors may be experienced as part of the construction activities.
