Your Adventure Awaits

From July 10 to 13, 2025, immerse yourself in the vibrant academic landscapes of:

• Wilfrid Laurier University
• University of Guelph
• McMaster University
• Western University
• University of Waterloo

This tour offers a unique gateway to understanding the distinctive offerings and supportive atmospheres that set each institution apart. 

We've Got You Covered 

We're committed to making your experience as seamless as possible. Here's what the host institutions will provide at no cost to you: 

Transportation 

• Smooth ground transfers between participating universities and Toronto Pearson International Airport
• Convenient inter-campus travel throughout the tour
• Airfare support (up to $600 CAD) from Toronto Pearson International Airport and Boston Logan International Airport for the International Association for College Admission Counselling (IACAC) conference attendees
• For those not attending the IACAC conference, we will provide ground transportation to Toronto Pearson International Airport at the end of the tour 

Accommodations and Dining 

• Comfortable accommodations for the duration of the tour 
• All meals provided, allowing you to focus on the experience 

Your Part in the Journey 

To participate in this tour, we kindly ask that you arrange: 

• Airfare and transportation from your location to Toronto Pearson International airport 
• Any necessary entry documents and visa fees for Canada 
• Ground transportation from Boston Logan International Airport to your designated accommodations for the International ACAC conference 
• Airfare and transportation from Toronto Pearson International airport to your final destination for those counsellors not participating in International ACAC conference

Important Dates and Details

• Registration deadline: January 23, 2025 
• Capacity: Due to capacity limitations, only one representative per institution will be accepted on the tour.  

Application and Confirmation 

• Submit your application form by January 23, 2025. 
• Please note: Submission does not guarantee attendance. 
• The organizing committee will take time to review applications after the deadline. 
• Confirmation of participation will be communicated following the review period. 

Securing Your Spot 

• Once your attendance has been confirmed, a $100 CAD deposit is required. 
• This deposit will be returned at the start of the tour.
