Print | PDFWilfrid Laurier University will fly its flags at half-mast at all university locations Thursday, March 11 in honour of the National Day of Observance for COVID-19.
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau declared March 11 a national day of observance to commemorate the people who have lost their lives due to COVID-19 and the significant national and global impact of the pandemic.
Laurier recognizes those across the country, around the world and in our own Laurier community who have experienced challenge and loss, who have put themselves at risk, who have remained resilient, and who have helped others.
