Waterloo campus safety update

Wilfrid Laurier University is aware of a threatening comment posted on social media this past weekend. Special Constable Service and Waterloo Region Police Services have fully investigated the situation and determined that there are no concerns for the safety of our Waterloo campus and surrounding community. As such, the University’s emergency response protocols were not enacted and anyone scheduled to be on campus should proceed as usual.
