COVID-19 presents unique challenges for events such as requiring that they be cancelled, postponed or moved online. If you are moving forward with an online event and would like to request a pre-recorded video message from the president, please fill out the President Event Request Form as you normally would.

Please submit your request 12-16 weeks prior to your event using the President Event Request Form. For event requests less than 30 days in advance, contact the Office of the President at president@wlu.ca.
Upon review of your completed form, you will be notified of the status of your request within five business days.
Once you have received confirmation of the president's attendance, you will be asked to supply the following materials no later than 14 days prior to your event date. Send all materials via email to president@wlu.ca.
