Your first step is completing the online application through Laurier’s page on OUAC (Ontario Universities’ Application Centre). Once this step is completed, proceed to Step 2: Upload Your Documents.
Many of our programs offer multiple intakes per academic cycle. If, after creating an OUAC account and submitting your application(s), you wish to apply to a different intake or a new program within that academic cycle you must create a new OUAC account using a different email address.
Should you have any technical questions while applying through OUAC, email gradapps@ouac.on.ca or call 519-823-1063.
Your referees will receive an auto-generated email based upon the contact information you provide on your OUAC application.
You are encouraged to review the FAQs for reference letters and the referee process. You can also check out our tips for seeking academic references.
By applying to Laurier, applicants verify that the information in their application is true, complete and correct, and that all information relevant to a decision on the application has been disclosed.
It is the responsibility of each applicant to keep Laurier informed of any relevant changes to information or application materials that may occur between the date of submission of the application and its supporting documents, and any subsequent registration at Laurier. You can do this by contacting gradadmissions@wlu.ca.
Applicants acknowledge that application information is collected under the authority of the Wilfrid Laurier University Act to administer the university-student relationship. This includes, but is not limited to, maintaining academic and ancillary records, contacting applicants and others on your behalf and other uses consistent with Laurier’s Notice of Collection Use and Disclosure of Personal Information and University Policies.
