Catering Options

At Laurier, we have catering solutions for groups of all sizes. Guests can enjoy delicious meals in our bright and spacious dining hall, our trendy café or campus pub. From buffet meals to grand banquets, catering is available in several campus venues. Outside BBQs are also a popular option on a warm summer day. Our catering team will work with you to determine the needs and suggest the best options for your conference or event.

Group Dining

This popular selection is ideal for large groups and includes an enjoyable meal with a main entrée, salads, side dishes, dessert and beverages. Menus are based on a two-week rotating menu.

Banquets

A memorable event can be arranged in one of our formal campus venues. Choose from a selection of banquet menu options and enjoy the meal served plated or buffet style. All banquets are served on linen tablecloths with linen napkins. Bar service is available with two weeks’ notice.

BBQ

This is a popular option for all groups. From a classic to a premium BBQ, guests will delight in a choice of grill items, summer salads, fresh seasonal fruit, dessert and beverages. Additional charges are applied for table and chair rental and setup.

Breaks

To keep guests energized, breaks can be served in a variety of locations. From morning à la carte options to afternoon sweets and treats, guests will enjoy a variety of selections.

Parking Arrangements

We work with our Parking and Transportation Resources department to reserve parking for your conference or event attendees. See our Waterloo campus map to learn more about our spaces.
