Recruiting current students, graduating students or alumni? We invite you to submit job postings for summer, part-time and full-time employment.
Opportunities may be posted directly in our Navigator online portal. Alternatively, you can email your posting to recruitlaurier@wlu.ca.
If you are a new employer, complete the employer account registration. If you have already created an account or previously posted a job at Laurier, simply click login.
Log in to Navigator and then click "Post a Job," select "Off-Campus Job Postings" and complete the form. The position types are:
We will notify you by email when your posting has been approved and is active for students/alumni.
Laurier faculty and staff looking to recruit students can find information on Connect.
A featured job posting is prominently displayed on the student dashboard in Navigator and includes a link for direct access to your posting. The fee is $100 plus HST per posting. To feature your posting, select the "Featured Job" option and upload your organization's logo when you post your position in Navigator.
You may specify on the job posting how you would like applicants to apply. The options are: direct to you via email or website link or Navigator collection. For Navigator collection, applicants upload their applications into Navigator. You will have electronic access to the applications at 10 a.m. the day following the job posting deadline.
The Career Development Centre can schedule interviews for you, either at Laurier or your office or virtually. Laurier’s Career Centre provides professional interviewing facilities for organizations wishing to conduct interviews on campus. The interview facilities contain space for individual and group interviews and an employer lounge available throughout the day. Contact recruitlaurier@wlu.ca to request assistance with interview scheduling and space requests.
